Payment & Delivery Information
All Bay City Hot Tubs and other products are sold FOB from our Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters.
Customer Pick-Up
Hot
tubs may be picked up at our store, Monday thru Friday, from 10am until
4pm. Please contact us and make arrangements in advance. Please Note: We do
not have personnel available to properly load hot tubs at any other
hours.
No exceptions please.
Direct Delivery Service
For the majority of our customers who desire to have
delivery to their homes, including placement of the hot tub in its final
location, we will arrange for an independent contractor who specializes in
hot tub deliveries and set up to deliver and set up your tub (electrical
hookup not included). State-of-the-art delivery trailers and
four-wheel steerable carts made especially for hot tub deliveries are used
to make the delivery smooth and efficient. However, if you live
outside the Lincoln, NE metro area, you will need to provide additional
help to facilitate the unloading and placement process.
The charges for this service are based on the distance from our
location to your final destination. For information on shipping
