7 Reasons for Buying from Bay City Hot Tubs

24 Years of Experience and Knowledge

We've been custom-building high-performance top quality hot tubs since 1982.

No Middlemen—We Sell Direct
Saving Customers $1,000 to $3,000 on every new hot tub purchase.

Commitment To Our Customers
We have over 10,000 highly satisfied customers in all parts of the United States.

"Platon" Waterproofing
The bottom of every Bay City Hot Tub is covered with "Platon", a 24-mil. high density polyethylene waterproofing membrane.  Most hot tubs leave the bottom of the tub unprotected, allowing for mildew and rotting.  The dimpled design of the Platon membrane creates an air space that promotes a dry, high-efficiency bottom exterior.
A Good Life Spas Exclusive!

Exclusive Dual-Source Heat Technology
Our exclusive Dual Source Heat System uses radiant heat transfer technology to transfer heat energy from the electric pump motors to the hot tub’s water to provide up to 80% of the heat energy needed to heat the water in the hot tub. This system is augmented by a 5.5 kw, thermostatically controlled, electric heater to supplement the “free” heat provided by the radiant transfer. Heats the water for 30% less than conventional hot tub heat systems.  A Good Life Spas Exclusive!

Aluminum Radiant Barrier: Aircraft Tested, Easy Service
The aluminum Radiant Barrier insulation in Bay City Hot Tubs is the highest efficiency in the hot tub industry.  It is the same type of insulation used in high altitude jet aircraft, which operate in a 50-degree-below-zero environment.  This insulation is also installed in a way that allows for easy service in the unlikely event of a plumbing leak.
A Good Life Spas Exclusive!

Warning: do not purchase any hot tub that uses "full foam" insulation.  Full foam insulation makes it nearly impossible to work on the plumbing in case of a leak, and leaks are more likely after several years' use when the hot tub is most likely out of warranty.  Repairing a leak in a "full foam" spa can cost up to $3,000!

Made-In-The-USA Quality!
All of the components used to build our hot tubs are manufactured in the USA by top rated manufacturers like Aqua Flo, Tecmark, Hydro Air, Pentair, Waterways, O’Ryan, Allied Innovations, and Lasco Fittings. These manufacturers

Back their products with solid warranties that allow us to provide you with Award Winning Service that is top rated in our industry.
