Ordering
To ensure accuracy and privacy, we request that you place your order in
person at our showroom located at 2645 "O" Street in Lincoln,
NE, or by telephone on our toll-free hotline, 1-800-869-0406.
If you order by telephone, we will confirm your order by sending a written
copy of your order by US Mail or fax.Terms
All purchases are FOB our location in Lincoln, NE. Unless other
arrangements are made, all purchases must be paid in full prior to pick-up
or delivery. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required on all orders
for spas and hot tubs.
MasterCard & Visa
We accept MasterCard & Visa for payment on hot tub purchases, subject
to the following terms and limitations:
1. On telephone orders, we will accept a maximum of $500.00 by
MasterCard/Visa transactions, without "swiping" your card.
If you wish to pay the remaining balance due with MasterCard/Visa, we will
accept MasterCard/Visa checks.
2. All other MasterCard/Visa transactions must be made at our
Lincoln, NE location so that we may "swipe" the card through our
transaction terminal.
Taxes
All hot tubs picked up at our Lincoln facility, or delivered within the state of Nebraska,
are subject to Nebraska sales tax, and any applicable city sales tax. No Nebraska
taxes will be charged on hot tubs delivered outside the State of Nebraska.
You are responsible for paying any taxes due to in your jurisdiction.
Delivery
All shipments are FOB Lincoln, Nebraska. Please see separate delivery information
page for additional information.
Returns
All sales are final; no refunds will be made on any hot tub
purchase. However, within 30 days of purchase, the customer may
elect to trade any hot tub purchased for another hot tub of equal or
greater value. Customer will receive full credit for the purchase
price of the original purchase towards the purchase of the new tub,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Customer pays for all shipping and transportation costs for both delivery
of the new tub, and the return of the hot tub being traded in.
2. Trade-in hot tub must be in original condition and resalable. Customer is
responsible for the cost of any repairs required to return the hot
tub to original condition. These costs will be deducted from the
trade-in value.
